The oLace is Vibrams answer for players looking for an overstable distance driver good for sidearm and overhand throws. The oLace should be more consistent than the regular Lace, and better in windy conditions. It has similar dimensions with a slightly thinner rim and slimmer profile.

I was looking for something that would have a bit more stability than my destroyers and man oh man, I found it!  When it's brand new, the term "meat hook" comes to mind for how much mine wanted to hyzer out.  I guess if people have a little more power than I do I would think this could fly a lot farther before the fade at the end.  With my arm, a forehand on a normal drive is not what I'd pick grabbing this for.  On the other hand, I LOVE this disc for driving into a headwind!!  I think players with intermediate arms (like mine!) can get a lot out of this for that purpose.  The added wind makes this fly long and straight for me whenever I feel that wind in my face.

I also love the plastic and even the stamp that came with mine.  A cool disc to look at and a great option to keep in the bag for headwinds!

Granite Medium, 168g, RHFH - Really a great driver! It is quite overstable as far as general flight path and fade, but very responsive to release angle in my experience. So responsive, I might even say it's a tad finicky (some of that is certainly my inexperience and lack of consistency, though). This thing has totally turned and burned on a few anhyzer shots where I was hoping to shape more of an initial turn to the left with a big fade back right around a clump of trees. As I've played with it more, I'm getting better acquainted to its quirks. One thing I really appreciate is the glide. Tons of glide!

I can't really give much of an opinion as far as backhand shots go since I really don't have the backhand power to get this to cooperate (thrown a modest hyzer on a dogleg left a few times with fair results; all other RHBH shots have been less than favorable, but that's me and my essential lack of a backhand drive). As the description says, it's a great forehand driver. I just had to hone in on how it handles before I got favorable results. Overall, I really do like this disc - 2nd string to my Star X-Cal in most cases.

Great disc! Soild in all conditions. love the feel! Vibram is one of my new favorite companies! I used to have the lace and I disliked it. It was too understable and inconsistent, but it had mad distance. The solace is to overstable and is too much disc for me to throw. The o-lace is the perfect mix of the two! perfect stabilty and ridiculous distance! love the dics one of my gotos!
