Ethereal is a smooth premium plastic with slightly more flex and a buttery hand feel. Compared to Aura, Ethereal versions of most TSA molds tend to fly a touch straighter or slightly less stable, especially when new. This plastic is popular for glide-focused lines and clean releases.

My Flight Ratings: 10/6/-0.5/2 Neutral Throwing Distance: 300 Straight Score: Slightly Overstable

I wanted a disc to sit between my Trail and Thunderbird. I tried almost every 9-10/5/-1/2 and they were either too overstable, too understable, or didn;t push as far as I was looking for. I was using this disc in the Ethos plastic for a while but there was a little too much over-lap with the Trail. The Ethereal plastic is a little more over-stable than the Ethos yet still pushes just as far. I'm getting about as much distance as the Trail but straighter with a little more pronounced fade.

Much better disc than the Animus. This is a fairly good slightly overstable fairway disc (really pushing into distance disc territory). I felt like it was almost as good as the Innova Valkyrie (I throw Halo Valkyrie so maybe more overstable than most other Valks). It's very controllable but with a small but reliable fade at the end of the flight. It was not particularly glidey though, mine was pretty flat topped and was definitely a placement driver. I could see a domier version being able to get a bit more distance. Very straight when thrown forehand.
