The Construct by Thought Space Athletics is the quintessential disc that crosses over perfectly between fairway driver and distance driver. Experienced players can power down for excellent placement control while newer players will not be overwhelmed by its 10-speed rim. Many players will find that they can reach further distances with the manageable speed and moderate fade.

This is the absolute straightest flying driver (of any speed) I've ever thrown. This disc just wants to be a laser beam, thrown with medium power it will hold slow moving hyzer, straight, or turnover shots like a dream. It has the type of glide that just holds that forward momentum and spin, without making it feel floaty. I can hit the ground and skip into the air and it just holds a dead straight flight and starts gliding again for half the distance of the shot.

Thrown with full power I can flip it up from a slight hyzer, or throw it flat for small initial right movement before straightening out. This is the only disc above 7 speed I ever throw in the woods, and honestly it weaves through tight lines better than my putters.

This is a fantastic control driver for experienced players, and probably the best disc on the market for newer players that want to try out faster drivers. Much more approachable than something like a Wraith.

The Construct bombs in Aura plastic. Skip the Ethos plastic unless you throw 400+. I used to be obsessed with Mantras until I discovered the Construct and this is even BETTER than the awesome Mantra. Also, it's a great disc to learn spin and angle control with.

I have been only playing disc golf for a year and this is by far the best driver I have ever used. Can get lots of distance even with a low arm speed and is workable for turnover flights or straight shots. Looks cool too!

This was the first driver I got when I was introduced to disc golf and as my game as evolved this is the one disc to retain a spot in my bag. The aura plastic is quite flippy but the disc has enough glide and late flight stability to make it a very workable disc for me anywhere from 300-370 feet. Flies very similar to the gorgon, but has slighly less glide and more stability. It is also one of the smallest feeling drivers I've felt which I love. Plan on getting one in ethos plastic as well. Cannot go wrong with the construct!

I got this as a mystery disc before the holidays, but only got sufficient time and acceptable weather to finally try it out this weekend (Feb 10). Great disc, but probably still a bit too much speed/stability for true beginners. Definitely worth their working up to, though. Doing field work with some similar discs for comparison, I found the Construct (Aura) was the best of them: It felt best in the hand, and therefore seemed to release most cleanly and evenly, giving me better overall throws. Its flight numbers reflect its performance pretty well for me, though perhaps with a tad less fade. With the same power, it consistently went straighter, farther than my 9-speed, 5-glide Undertaker -- typically 20 to 45 feet farther! The plastic feels good and seems reminiscent of other quality blends I have; however, after just one afternoon's testing on an open, rather soft grassy field, I noticed when cleaning a bit of mud off the disc that there's a 1.5 inch hairline fracture on the underside of the rim parallel with the outer rim. It didn't ever go careening down hard into anything (again it had the best overall flights of the discs I was testing), the ground was still pretty soft, and I haven't seen this happen with other discs I test on the same field (not even highly understable ones that have veered way off to the right out of the field and into a parking lot), so the structural quality of the plastic concerns me a bit. I'm hoping it doesn't worsen with use (maybe wishful thinking) or affect the flight; otherwise I was really enjoying this disc.

Does not leave my bag, ever. Easily one of my most used discs, it's hands down the farthest straight flying disc I own. and I mean LASER straight. I don't know what it is about the Construct, and I'm not sure if they all fly this way (mine is decently seasoned and in aura plastic), but even when I rip it I only see very minimal turn and it just seems to push forever. Very workable and comfortable in the hand as well. Best 10 speed I've ever thrown.

This review will cover the Aura and Ethos plastics.

Aura - Aura is definitely flippier even out of the box. Not quite as flippy as the Mantra, but you can definitely get it to hyzer flip to turn before fading back left (RHBH) with 330ft ish worth of power. It's become my main driver off the tee in a tailwind or no wind. I think the Construct is a great driver for those who don't have a ton of power in their throws. I used to bag a few different Wraiths for my distance driver slot, but have since stepped down to the Construct. It's more manageable for me and I can still get really good distance for me.

Ethos - The Construct in Ethos is NOTICEABLY more stable. I'd give it a 10/4/0/2 for flight ratings. It's really useful in headwinds or left to right winds. Also good on forehands. It's a useable overstability. I can still get this out to over 300ft on a normal throw. Probably more if I tried to flex it. Ethos is also super durable.

Overall: The Construct is a great control/distance driver for those who probably shouldn't mess with 11+ speeds and for those who like to mold minimize. My two have been solid and unlocked new holes at some of my local courses that have been historically unattainable with the other discs in my arsenal.

Really good bridge between distance drivers and fairway drivers. The Aura Construct is a bit on the flippy/touchy side of there's any kind of wind. The Ethos  is a bit more stable and flies more like an Anax or Thunderbird.

I basically use this as a longer fairway driver. It's pretty straight for a 10 speed and the rim is quite small. It's comfortable in the hand and is easy to hold on to. The thoughtspace plastic blends feel great.

4.5 because it's a bit flippier out of the box than I would have hoped for, but still great.

Beautiful disc.   Great grip.   Incredible glide... BUT this disc was FLIPPY!  more flippy right out of the box than my beat in Sidewinder .   I wanted something slightly more stable than my Grace but no way... on that note it Hyzer Flips nicely and glides like a dream.

This became my main distance driver in Aura plastic. Please note that Aura is the only good run of it, in my opinion. It has consistency and it crushes farther than any of my other 100+ discs. My distance is ~370ft, for reference. I used to throw the Mantra but this became an upgrade for me as my form got better.

I've thrown this disc in Ethos, Ethereal and Aura, all max weight.  Keep in mind I throw at 7000ft of elevation.  Ethos is hard to flip up, but the glide is legitimate and it holds hyzer exceptionally well while pushing and getting distance.  Ethereal is a tick less stable and easier to flip up, flies most true to the flight numbers and you can really push it for some big distance without worrying too much about finishing far off the line you throw it on.  Aura flips up fairly easy and turns, but if you don't want to put everything you have into a throw and still want to carry some serious distance, it's a great choice.  All three are great discs for different reasons, and if you want to bag three discs of varying stability but are the same mold, these three are wonderful choices.  If you have a stiff headwind, you may want to look into something with a little more stability, but otherwise, the construct is more than capable of gettting most any job done with great distance for a 10 speed.  I rely on these discs not to get too much right to left movement in my bag, and they are particularly good in the woods.  Need a left finish?  Throw a max weight ethos.  Need to push it dead straight?  Ethereal.  Need some turn then finish either straight or right? Aura.

I love them because they aren't as punishing if you leave the nose up a touch or don't hit the exact angle you had to hit.  Unlike some beefcake 9 speed, you'll still likely end up in the fairway...and still have the stability to hold up when you really crank on them (with the exception to that being the aura clearly.). They're a great trio in the bag and I don't see them leaving my bag anytime soon!

A little warning on the latest run of Aura Construct.

I got one in 175g weight and was expecting a straight flyer, with a little turn and a reliable fade. As the flight numbers might suggest.

When I first threw this disc, I put a slight hyzer on a ~280 ft hole and threw at about 75%. The disc turned all the way over and dumped into the ground.

I noticed there were deformations on the rim of the disc that I have not seen on other discs so I assumed this was a defect so I reached out to Infinite to see what could be done.

They let me know these small marks on the rim are normal for MVPs production process. (MVP makes TSA discs). They let me know that the latest Aura Construct run came out way more understable than expected.

I really wish I knew this before purchasing the disc.

For some perspective, I am an intermediate recreational player, can throw max of ~300ft golf lines. I also have several TSA and MVP discs in my bag that I absolutely love so this is not a dig at the company as much as it is with this particular run.

As with other TSA discs, the quality of plastic, finish, and stamps are second to none.

Average arm speed, on a hyzer release, disc with flip up, give you extra distance, with a reliable fade at the end of the flight. On a flat release, disc will give you a gentle turn with the same reliable fade finish. On an annhyzer release, disc with give you a beautiful s-curve with significant distance. Flight numbers are true!

Not much to be said outside of the fact it is a fantastic disc. However the different plastics fly significantly differently.

Aura is like a faster Mantra, pretty flippy but it glides forever

Ethereal is fairly straight with some turn and little fade

Ethos is more like an Animus and is fairly overstable, especially in the lighter weights.

Love the aura plastic. This disc feels so good in the hand. Nice grip for the winter months ahead. Fits a unique slot on my bag. Less stable than a thunderbird and I'm able to throw a nice hyzer flip or flex, but definitely not flippy for me and I can trust it to come back (my max distance is 375). I threw a couple of turnover shots today and it held the line beautifully.

Cant get over the beautiful s-turns I can get with this disc. As soon as I started throwing this, I knew is was about to be my favorite control driver.

Thrown in all three plastics and they all have different flights. The Aura Construct is described as a faster Mantra and I think this description is spot on. It can handle all your power, slight turn out of the gate with a gentle fade. This disc can shape many many shots. As someone who can only reach 325, this has replaced my Mantra as my max distance driver. The Ethereal plastic is slightly more stable, closer to (-1) turn and the Ethos feels like a more neutral to stable disc with the slightest turn and maybe 3 rated fade.
