Get one. Seriously. Whatever your skill level is, I promise you’ll get some utility out of it. Especially in the softest plastics.

I can’t say it’s my favorite or most accurate putter, but I can say it never stays on the shelf long when the conditions are right. I very much agree with the primer’s comments about reliability in winds, but it’s also awesome for cold days and putts on hills that have lots of hard-packed dirt or other potential for rolls. It typically doesn’t want to roll for long in the megasoft variety, and it’s really easy to throw flat and get good spin on. Despite being so soft, it doesn’t deform much and can be placed accurately from near or far.

It has occasionally meathooked on me, still working the bugs out of that, but by far, it’s probably my 3rd-4th favorite putter overall, but first choice when I’m on a hilly course in the cold, windy bits of off-season.
