Funny to read everyones reviews about how straight it is and how they can bomb it.  I am by no means a great disc golfer, but this thing is the most overstable disc I have ever thrown.  No mater how I throw it, it is overstable as heck.  So, I use it for big hyzer shots.  It is a favorite for drastic hyzers.  Glad so many people love this one though.  I won't be removing it from my bag, that's for sure. 

This is once again, a solid entry from Kastaplast. It's much smaller and flatter than the Svea, and has slightly less range than the Lots. It's a very unique feeling disc. I found I get the best results on a flat release or an anhyzer. If you throw it on a hyzer as a mid it will hold the line and finish left for RHBH. Very, amazing disc, it earned a spot in the bag. It is the the mid I use for an upshot I need to hit 200 feet and finish left, just like it was designed to do. I also love the color and feel of the plastic. This, my Lots, and Svea have spoiled me. All I want to throw is Kastaplast now. My friend calls them "mind control discs", as in, they go exactly where you want them too. Keep in mind it is overstable, and will take some time to break in. That being said, this is a disc that really rounds out that spot between mid and fairway driver.

K1-Soft plastic has a very similar feel to my Cryztal FLX plastic of my Zone which I totally love. I prefer a lot of grip so the gummy-bear texture is great for me. It is very soft – softer than what I was expecting and I thought that might affect the distance, but I could not be more wrong. This disc will soar as far as many of my fairway drivers. 6/5/0/2 is perfect for my backhand hyzer-flip-to-flat and just sails on a straight line until it runs out of juice with a small fade. I was also very pleased to find it worked well with my FH as long as I didn’t try to overdo it. It really is so comfortable in my hand, and comfortable = confident = good throws! It was my most used disc on my last round. (I might have to shave a bit off the fade value and call it a 1.5 fade.)

I’m quite impressed with Kastaplast and will venture to buy some more of their other discs. I am also curious to try all their plastics.

My disc is actually a K1, but it wouldn't let me select it for some reason.

This disc is immediately replacing my Leopard as for shorter fairway/longer midrange shots. It's nice to feel confident it will sit when it lands, but will also get plenty of distance.

Mine is 164 K3 and I have an identical 1 in reserve - the disk is that good.  Have only tried the K3 which is the most comfortable of the 40 or so discs that I have collected and tested in the last 3 months.  I usually throw forehand and would compare this to a more powerful EMac Truth, it is flat and small.  This is disk forgives a nose up throw with decent distance  without major fade.  It performs well without much power but can handle some, rarely going over to roller.  Definitely recommend this to any new forehand player or anyone trying to develop 1.

(10 Years of casual Disc golf, leads to my first ever disc review) They say most people don't need distance drivers and this disc will prove that to you! I am forehand dominant and off the tee today, I got the brand new KAXE Z to go directly straight and 20 feet farther than my previous best distance with any disc on this hole (Stalker, Orbital, Inertia, boss, shryke) The hole before that drive I threw it into a headwind as my second shot and overthrew the basket by 30 feet. It is responsive, strong, grippy, and just flexible enough. When it catches the wind it jumps reliably. Gonna need more time with it but as of day 1, this disc seems unfair. 

Love it!  I have one in K2 and K3, and I love both of them for different reasons.

The K2 plastic, to me, is terminator plastic.  You can't even break it in.  You could throw it off 1,000 trees and wipe it off and it will look brand new.  I don't think the flight characteristics of my K2 KaxeZ will ever change.  I actually throw this as a fairway, because it might get a little dumpy on you if you don't throw it hard.  In K2 this guy thrown flat will go straight straight straight and then fade moderately.  Reminds me of my Buzzz OS but faster.

My favorite use for this disc is in K3, though.  Because K3 is their soft plastic, it will break in to the point of being laser straight without turning too much.  As you all know, it's tough to find something you can throw as a fairway that will go just straight when thrown hard, without turning over.  Try this disc in K3 and break it in a little - you'll see what I mean!

This is probably the #1 disc I trust the most to throw hard.  If you're not sure if you can hit that perfect line with a distance driver off the tee, just grab this disc and throw it hard!
