The Temple is your next go-to approach disc! It has a lower profile that feels very comfortable in the hand and works well for any type of shot. It is reliably overstable, making it a great choice for most situations.

The Temple is currently available in test-blend nerve plastic. This plastic has a very smooth and grippy feel that will provide a hit-and-sit reaction for approach shots.

If you want a shallow jawbreaker zone OS - this is your disc.

Love it for woodsy approach shots and shots I don't want to have ground play.

Love the feel of this! I know nerve plastic beats in pretty quickly but the flight stays pretty strong for a decent bit! Another disc by TSA that I love the hand feel of! Smooth all around and starts out pretty beefy. Nerve plastic is slightly softer but not ultra soft.  I use it for forehand approach shots or sometimes off the tee. Still good on a backhand of course! Once these come out in a more premium plastic they will just get even better! Until then i will keep throwing the ones i got and can always pick up a new one for a fair price!

I was looking for an overstable approach disc that would sit and stick and this one does that perfectly. First I tried the soft zone because I was a zone fanatic but found it to be barely overstable, maybe a 1-2 fade. I've played maybe 8-10 rounds with this disc at this point and I don't see the excessive wear that the other reviewers are talking about but for good measure I bought a few more for backup.

This is the Zone. You cant really feel a difference in size though its listed as some SLIGHT differences. If you put them side by side the parting line and shape are same.

So if you love the Zone, but dont want a Zone this is for you.

TSA needs to produce some different plastics, but this could quickly become another fan favorite.

Luckily for me their Nerve plastic imo is Zone's ESP flex and thats my favorite plastic for the Zone. Fall, Winter and Spring time its numbers will be exactly as listed. Dead heat of Summer it will fly dead straight. Dont hesistate get this disc!

This is the Zone replacement that I always wanted. It flies like the perfect ESP Zone but doesn't skip. The Zone is great but just doesn't fly the same in the tackier plastics. This is exactly what I was looking for. Birdie machine. Get it in Nerve plastic but not the test blend. The test blend was trash.

I love this disc. I have thrown more overstable approach discs than any slot. I think the best way to describe a disc is to compare it to one everyone knows. The Temple is very much like a Zone in flight and feel. It is perhaps a bit shallower, which I prefer, especially for forehand upshots. The Nerve plastic beats up cosmetically very quickly, but the disc seems to hold most of its stability despite this. The plastic is soft and grippy, a good rubber blend.

This disc would instantly be 5 stars for me if it were available in premium plastics. I have heard that the Nerve discs are not manufactured by MVP like the rest of TSA's lineup, which complicates the ability to produce it in premium plastics.. While I understand the challenges, I think it is a failure on TSA's part to not have this incredible mold available in premium plastics. Until then, I can only give this 4 stars, despite me bagging it and it being the only disc that has consistently beat out the Zone for my favorite overtable approach disc.

Try one out for sure, and while you're at it, help me convince TSA to produce this in premium plastics!

This disc surprised me with how good it felt on a forehand.  Handled all the torque I had never flipped over.  Mainly used it for touch approach shots and not for distance but it always found its home under the basket with little ground play in the Nerve plastic.

I'd love to see this mold in either Ethos or Aura as after 10+ rounds it's started to beat in a little bit and has lost some of its fade at the very end.  Overall a great disc for approches and utility. Another Though Space disc that found its way into the bag and wont be leaving.

What makes this disc unique is its low profile. Otherwise it fits that same zone/toro/gator sort of slot. That said, being so low profile and flat, it makes a great forehand disc. I'm still trying to figure out if I'm going to bag it and if I do, I'm unsure which OS mid/putter I'd take out. The plastic is nice and grippy but not particularly durable.

I would compare this OS mid/approach to a Westside Harp but not quite as beefy. Plastic is OK, it warped pretty significantly on a tree hit. So I knocked a star off for mediocre durability.

Feel is as good as a Harp and I can throw it BH or FH just as easily. Nice disc but would prefer it in higher durable plastic.

The Temple is a great option for that overstable approach type disc. It fits perfectly with the Zone, Harp, Entropy, Jarn, Slammer, and any other overstable approach disc on the market. I think the Temple can do pretty much everything that the others on this list can do. For any approach within 180 ft for me, the Temple can come out and execute whatever shot that is needed. It has the stability to fight out of anhyzer and can get a nice skip when thrown with some hyzer. I felt like the Temple was a surprisingly comfortable disc to backhand where some of the others don't feel great. The only gripe I would have with the Temple is not in the mold itself but the nerve plastic. I love me a baseline plastic overstable approach disc like a jawbreaker zone that can get beat in and give a nice complimenting flight. In this case it is kind of a dual edge sword because fresh out of the box you get a great overstable flight but as soon as you beat it in you begin to get that straighter flight with a late overstable finish. I think when they start producing the temple in some more premium plastics, all types of shots will be met with this disc. For now I think the Temple is a win in the Thought Space lineup I just can't wait for it to come out in a more premium plastic. (Note: I am no Thought Space expert and there may be premium temples out there that I am just not aware about)

Let me start off by saying I am a huge fan of Thought Space Athletics discs, if they make it I probably have it in my cart. But with that being said I wish I could give this disk a higher rating it truly has so much potential but it needs to be made in a more sturdy plastic and that's the only reason this is only getting three stars instead of five. Second run Nerve plastic is great situationally if you need a shot to stick with minimal skip or roll but too soft for regular use. It doesn't hold up a couple trees or a spike hyzer  into the green and the disc is practically ruined and won't fly without wobble or with any accuracy again .I'm praying that they make it in a harder plastic I would love to see this in original nerve that would be fantastic

This disc is so much fun to throw. It's such a reliable utility disc, you can throw it on an anny and count on it to fly a good distance before a dependable fade. Has become my approach/scramble work horse. I throw this predominately forehand, but have thrown it backhand off the tee, you can shape just about any shot where you need fade with it.

A fun disc and a great stability. While I love the feel of the Nerve plastic, one good spike hyzer and it creased the flight plate at the rim. Flies with a bit of flutter now from being lopsided. I can't wait for an Aura version!

Great approach disc. Solid stability. The nerve plastic is tacky and flexible, very comfortable in the hand. This disc has the perfect depth for this slot, feels a little more shallow than the entropy.

It's like the Zone and a Harp had a baby. Then that baby grew up and was the first in its family to finish college.

I've been looking for that perfect overstable approach disc that can fight the wind, go far, force an anhyzer without flipping, and feel great in the hand. This disc does it all and looks good while doing it.

It has a predictable fade like a zone but beats into perfection like a soft harp.

For such a low retail price you would be a fool to not give this one a go

Excellent work from the guys at Thought Space, they've slowly begun to overtake my bag
