The Teebird + is almost identical to the regular Teebird in feel and flight. The + means that the inner surface of the rim slants slightly outward towards the bottom of the disc, making the manufacturing process easier and providing a cleaner release for some players . The flight chart provided on this disc is of the Teebird, as there is no flight chart created for the Teebird +.

The Teebird Plus Mold is not too much different from the Teebird.  Those who like to throw anhyzer flex shots with the Teebird might find the 'relaxed' angle of the Plus Mold rim to give a grip more amenable to those flex shots.  I find the grip comfortable, though those not used to it might not like it as much as the regular Teebird.  Good disc.

I really don't know why Innova ran the Plus Mold discs, and I certainly don't know why they continue to do so, but of all the discs with plus rims, the teebird plus is probably the best. I've owned three during my career as a disc golfer, usually acquiring them by accident, and they are all pretty consistent in flight: a broken in Teebird. Still pretty decent high speed stability, with a very mild fade. Still offers some control in a headwind. If you can get over the wonky Plus Rim, the Teebird Plus is a pretty formidable fairway driver.
