The extra overstable version of the popular Discraft Nuke, the Nuke OS is made for advanced players with the most powerful arms. This disc has the same thick 2.5cm rim that the Nuke offers, but will finish its flight with a sharp overstable fade every time. Players who throw discs this hard are going to want them to maintain their flight characteristics. The Nuke OS is available in the hard, ultra-durable Elite-Z plastic.

    Disc - 175 Discraft Z Nuke OS

Feel - The Nuke OS has a very wide rim and is decently shallow. It feels very similar to the regular Nuke. It feels good for both backhand and forehand shots. Z plastic is very durable but the grip is not great in subpar conditions.

Flight - The Nuke OS is beefy. It does exactly what it is advertised to do. This disc is great for those super dog legs that you need to skip get to the ground very quickly. It's great in headwinds as I have never seen this disc flip all the way over.

Overall - The Nuke OS is just a great disc for the slot it fills as the massively overstable distance driver. It's great for players will all arm speeds because it can be used as a get out of trouble disc as well.

A while back I was looking for something more overstable than my Firebird. The Nuke OS is like a Firebird on steroids. My 171 Z Nuke OS is built like a tank and has yet to lose any overstability, even after years in the bag. It's fade is very consistent and predictable. I know that it will not turn over on me. If I had to choose one disc for crazy spike hyzers, thumbers, and the occasional side arm, this disc is the one I would choose.

The top of the list for over-stable Discraft drivers. Great for windy days and serious power throwers both RHBH and sidearm. No matter how hard anyone I know seems to throw it, it will not turn over. In Z plastic they will take a beating and always hold their line. Might be worth trying in a lighter weight to see if it can get a s-curve line for better distance in the wind. If you have a strong wind, or a strong arm this might be the disc for you.
